This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Music Academy Cafe (“we”, “us”, “our”) for digital songs (Digital Content),
music lessons, and catering (delivery-only within Klang Valley).

1) General
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (unless we agree otherwise).
- Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.
- Please include your order number and contact details in all requests.
A) Digital Songs / Digital Content Refunds
2) All Sales Final (After Access/Download)
Digital Content is generally non-refundable once:
- a download link is accessed, or
- access is granted to your account/library.
3) Exceptions (Eligible Cases)
We may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund if:
- the file is corrupted/defective and we cannot fix/re-send it,
- you received the wrong item,
- you were charged twice for the same item.
Timeframe: Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
B) Music Lessons Refunds
4) Single Lessons
- Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time (unless your booking confirmation states otherwise).
- Late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows are generally not refundable.
5) Lesson Packages
- Packages may be partially refundable for the unused portion, subject to any stated admin fees and package validity rules.
- If a package has started, we may deduct completed sessions at the single-lesson rate.
6) If We Cancel
If we cancel a lesson and cannot reschedule, you may choose:
- a make-up session, or
- a refund for the affected session(s).
C) Catering Refunds (Delivery-Only, Klang Valley)
7) Cancellations
Catering involves advance preparation and ingredient purchases. Unless your catering confirmation states otherwise:
- More than 7 days before delivery date/time: deposit may be refundable minus non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- 3–7 days before delivery date/time: partial refund may be available (subject to preparation costs).
- Less than 72 hours before delivery date/time: generally non-refundable.
8) Delivery Issues & Incorrect Details
If delivery fails due to customer-provided issues (e.g., wrong address, unreachable contact number, no access to building/security refusal,
no recipient available), the order may be treated as fulfilled and non-refundable. Where possible, we may offer re-delivery with an additional fee
(subject to food quality/safety and scheduling).
9) Wrong/Missing Items or Quality Issues
Please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 2 hours of delivery, with:
- order number
- photos (if relevant)
- a clear description of the issue
We may offer replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
10) Out-of-Coverage Orders
If an order is placed for an address outside Klang Valley and we cannot deliver, we will cancel and refund the undeliverable order
(minus any non-recoverable fees already communicated/incurred, if applicable).
11) How to Request a Refund
